“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.”
– Colin Powell
Is your superior a good or a bad one? Would you wanna emulate your boss?
Well… I believe its important to tell the differences between good vs bad bosses, so that we too may learn from it and be good leaders ourselves.
After all, whether we decide to start our own companies or continue to rise up the corporate leader, leadership skills are crucial.
If we can create and lead effective teams, our potential to earn more income will inadvertently increase too!
So here are some differences (be it subtle or glaring), between the good and bad superiors:
..
Projects & Tasks
..
Team Development
..
Relationship Management
..
Personal Character
..
Summary
Good superiors will make others happy with their presence.
Bad superiors will make others happy with their absence.
